Phones4U quietly launches X Grand ZTE, yours for £199

Android Central

New ZTE Android mid vanilla - ranger landed in a UK store a little earlier than expected. The Grand X, which at launch, we have seen last week, is now available online at Phones4U, with the contract price from £15.50 per month, with a load of initial £ 50 for the phone. Alternatively you can get it for free on contract from £20.50 per month or buy pure and simple for £199.

The Grand X is ZTE effort to enter the premium handset market to the United Kingdom with a phone to sport a dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 CPU and software of Android 4.0 - stock of experience. The phone also rocks a screen of 4.3 inch qHD LCD, 512 MB RAM, 5MP rear camera and a microSD card slot. It is pas bleeding edge by all means, but whereas you would have paid top whack for this type of device for less than a year, there is a £ 199 price tag seems more than reasonable. Vanilla ICS should also win the Grand X some admiration among purists Android.
