The Google game store seems to be down for Puerto Rico users. A thread on the Google Code site Android section has received many responses from people to Puerto Rico, confirming the issue. The problem affects a variety of devices, including the Motorola Xoom (pictured above) on the link of the Galaxy.
If you are Puerto Rico and are also faced with the issue, on the head and report to Google. Make sure you tell them what device you have and which version of Android that you run.
I hope that this problem can be resolved quickly.
